Uncle of Brenda Duggan,Frank & Stephen Duggan. A funeral will be held from the Lane Funeral Home 760 Main St. (Rte. 38) WINCHESTER on Friday march 2nd at 9am. Followed by a Mass of Christian burial at St. Mary’s Church Winchester at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 4 thru 8pm. Interment will be at a later date. Richard was a late United States Air Force Veteran of the Korean Conflict. Former Postal Clerk in Winchester for 18 years & Crossing Guard for the Winchester Schools also for 18 years.
